Mais attention à ne pas les confondre : dans le Grand Nord, avec la fonte des neiges au printemps, la nature reprend des couleurs.

Au pôle Sud, seul le manchot est assez équipé pour faire face à l'hiver austral. Les autres animaux préfèrent vivre sous l'eau. Il fait tout aussi froid, mais il y a plus de compagnie.

Where comes rainwater from? From clouds of course! But, where goes rainwater? It runs down, or seeps into the ground, or forms puddles and pools. By passing by, it waters the plants; it keeps running down. The stream goes to the rivers, which go to the sea. And why doesn't the sea overflow? Because part of its water evaporates. The puddles too evaporate, and the plants sweat. All the water that evaporates goes to the sky, and the clouds get bigger... The water cycle goes again!

After summer's heat and abundance, the forest, meadow, and mountain animals, when replete, begin to prepare their comfy nest for the upcoming winter. And to each their method.

Every morning, the sun rises in the garden. And, each night, it disappears on the other side. Some animals go to sleep, others wake up as soon as the darkness arrives.
