Agatha Christie - Reine du crime

Agatha Christie's life matches her work! It's fascinating!

Agatha Christie traveled the world by boat, train and car. She explored the landscapes and customs of the countries she met, while keeping one foot in the Victorian era she loved so much.

She was a nurse during the First World War. Her diploma in pharmacy preparation gave her a taste for poisons and other relentless concoctions for the crimes of her future novels... Thanks to her second husband, she immersed herself in archaeology. Her plots took on the color of excavation sites! Her life and work are one and the same.
