The day Marie-Lou sees her mother take out her suitcases, she jumps for joy: "Hurray, we're going on a trip! "Unfortunately, her parents are invited to a conference in Italy, and they have no intention of taking her. She will go to a camp in the meantime. Camp? Do they want to get rid of her? Marie-Lou roared and stomped her feet, but it didn't matter, she was going anyway. No sooner had the bus started than she had already taken a dislike to everything: the director, the other children, their hats and their songs. Marie-Lou has made up her mind: it won't happen like that!
