After the Fukushima tsunami and the death of her grandmother, Yuki and her family leave Japan for Brittany. She meets Clara and they become fast friends. As Clara enters the world of Yuki and her mother, she discovers a whole new culture. She tries on a kimono and a pair of geta, bakes a rice cake or admires the beautiful kokeshis.
