Welcome to the world of the day after tomorrow, that of Cely! The young girl, awakened by her sleep cropette, must quickly attend the first class of the day with her friend Cyla. The day's programme includes the "Museum of the Past". There, the two children can observe some strange objects from the past. There is talk of a car that ran on petrol and a pineapple that people ate. What an idea! A little further on, Cely and Cyla meet a talking "a-r-b-r-e". Kept alive by robots, the tree tells them about a time when birds flew in the still blue sky and people hummed songs.
