Ravouka, a curious little mouse sees, one day, roots piercing the ceiling of her burrow. But, where are they coming from? Ravouka decides to take her magnifying glass, a notebook, and pencils to go on an expedition, and then, write her own encyclopedia. Plants, insect eggs, the food chain, a herbarium, an anthill, bird feathers... The reader discovers the wildlife, the plant life, and the nature laws through the mouse's eyes.
