A reflection on lockdown, but also on self-discovery, and on the ability to communicate and form friendships through letter correspondence. The school is closed for an indefinite period. For Rachel, lockdown means separation. Her parents are divorced, and her father works at the hospital. But before leaving, the teacher asked each student to write to a designated classmate. After a moment of hesitation upon seeing Abel's name, Rachel discovers the joy of writing, of telling her story through letters, and revealing herself to this unexpected new friend.
