Rigoletto, Violetta and their friends are playing hide-and-seek in their attic, the storeroom of the Rhine National Opera. Rigoletto is looking for Violetta, surely hidden in this old trunk. CLICK-CLICK! The attic keeper has just locked the trunk! Violetta and Rigoletto are trapped in the dark. Worse! The trunk is lifted, pulled, pushed, put down... After a long journey, they are freed by an excited Chèrubino the mouse, who speaks Italian and invites them to the wedding of a certain Figaro... Amazed by this opera, they recognize on stage the costumes and accessories of their dear attic. It is again the master dressmaker of the Fenice of Venice, Chèrubino, excited but efficient, who will show them the return trunk.
