Les Deux Paysages de l'Empereur

In the imperial court of China in the 8th century, Princess Lan ("Mountain Mist") misses her native Sichuan. The red disappears from her cheeks. The emperor is not resigned to seeing the one he loves fade away. He commissioned two very famous painters to paint two frescoes representing the fabulous landscapes of Sichuan, the land of clouds. The two painters, Master Li and Master Wu, one meticulous, the other spontaneous, have three months to honour the prestigious commission. Each of them will use his art. Will they achieve the marvellous?
