The Land of Socute
Matt was bored. Bored out of his gourd. It was a horrible day. A horrible, wet day. A horrible, wet, cold day. He felt like a prisoner, locked up for a crime he did not commit. Desperate for something to do, he rooted through his closet, he rifled through his drawers, he rummaged through his bedcovers. Nothing. Less than nothing. Worse than nothing! Everything he found, he had played with a hundred million times before.
Suddenly, he had an idea: the old junk trunk! The mishmash of mismatched stuff he never really knew what to do with. Poking around, he found a bunch of action figures, a bundle of crafts, a batch of gadgets, boring, boring, boring… He decided to dig deeper. The treasure he sought must be caught, he thought. He dug deeper still. But in his eagerness and enthusiasm, he lost his equilibrium and toppled headfirst into the pile of playthings.
