Today is Monday the 30th of August. There is no school. It's the summer holiday. Charlie goes to Stella's house. - Hello, Stella, he says. Stella smiles: - Hi, Charlie. Come in! Stella's mum asks: - Do you like dogs, Charlie? - Yes, I love animals... I've got a cat and a rabbit, answers Charlie. Stella is happy: - Good! This is my dog. His name is Bonzo.
- Look... Bonzo has got his lead in his mouth! says Charlie. Stella has got an idea: - It's a sunny day. Let's go to Holland Park! Bonzo likes running in the park. At the bus stop, Charlie asks: - Which bus is it? Stella says: -It's the 295 to Holland Park. Have you got your Oyster card? - Yes, I have, answers Charlie. Here's the bus!
Charlie says: - I like going upstairs on the bus. Do you? - Yes, it's fun! says Stella. The view is fantastic! Bonzo says: - Woof woof! He likes the bus too. - What's that? asks Charlie, surprised. A giant bird? Stella looks down: - Wow! What a beautiful costume! I love the colours... Red, yellow, blue, green...
Stella says: - The next stop is Holland Park. Come on, Charlie! Come on, Bonzo! Let's go! - Which direction is the park? asks Charlie. Right or left? Stella says: - We go left. Then she stops. Look, Charlie! she says. More costumes! - I like the orange costume, says Charlie. It's a lion!
Stella prefers the white costume. - It's beautiful! she says. It's a flower. Bonzo doesn't like the cat costume. Charlie is curious: - Where are they going? - I don't know, says Stella. Let's follow them! - Listen, says Stella. Can you hear music? - Yes, I can, answers Charlie. Cool! I love music! Bonzo loves music too. - Woof, woof! he says.
