Once upon a time, on the mysterious and fascinating continent of Africa, in a village built on the banks of a river, near the mountains of the Blue Dragon.
There lived a little boy named Kumakoué. He was no taller than two drums placed one on top of the other. Kumakoué lived with his family, a life as quiet and gentle as the river's water in which the children loved to play…
But one day, a strange disease began to spread. The river's waters became agitated and threatening, cows ran out of milk, and corn, which the villagers needed to make flour, became impossible to grind. The chief of the village, sad and helpless, decided it was time to leave.
But little Kumakoué would not leave the land where he was born. In the evening, on his bed of woven grass, he prayed to the spirits of his ancestors for help. Kumakoue had a strange dream...
In a huge cave, lit by strange flying lights, a little monkey with blue hands danced around him...
THE MONKEY In order to save his village, Kumakoué must be courageous, And face the ferocious gray elephant, To recover the rhino horn in the night, For the little monkey, hidden in the cave, Will not tell the truth, unless the warrior is brave ! Eek ! Eek !
At dawn, convinced that his dream was a sign of the spirits, Kumakoué decided to go and look for the mysterious cave. Armed with a small spear and shield, he vanished into the savannah, heading towards the mountains of the Blue Dragon ...
