What are the different subscriptions for media libraries?
There are two complementary subscriptions:
- Distance access: this subscription gives access to Storyplay’r to your subscribers, at home, from the home page of your media library.
- Locally access: this subscription allows you to set up and use Storyplay’r on computers and tablets of your media library.
How subscription for distance access work (functions, price…)?
This subscription gives access to Storyplay’r to your subscribers, at home, via the home page of the media library, through SSO connectors. Mediation functions are available as well as a back office to see use statistics (numbers of users, readings…).
The price depends on the size of the library (number of users and inhabitants).

How subscription for local access work?
Thanks to this subscription, you can set up and use Storyplay’r on computers and tablets of your media library. You can suggest free access in your media library, or you can organize reading sessions or writing sessions.

Technical questions
Can I have offline access to Storyplay’r?
It depends… Distance access needs an Internet connection.
Local access can be done via the web, so it needs an Internet connection, but also via our iOS and Android apps, where you can download stories to read offline.
What browsers can I use to access Storyplay’r?
All modern browsers, although we recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Voice recording is available only on Chrome and Firefox.
