Access for subscribers
Thanks to a subscription for distance access, your subscribers can access Storyplay’r from home, via the web. Storyplay’r access is in streaming, via a web browser. So you need an Internet connection.
All functions are available (readings, listening, activities, pronunciation assistance…), except the recording of your voice and offline connection.
Storyplay’r is accessible via a public interface allowing you to navigate in the catalog, read the stories, listen to the provided narrations, and use reading assistance functions…
Interfacing with the media library home page and SSO connectors
There are different solutions like SSO connectors to access Storyplay’r for your subscribers, without creating new accounts.

Library assistants’ access (mediation)
An administrator account is given to the media library when a subscription for distance access opens. Library assistants have access to the Storyplay’r mediation functions:
- Books selection
- Library assistants’ advice about books
- Recording and sharing narrations (audio version)
This administrator account could be shared with several library assistants.
Books selection
Library assistant can create their own bookmark list (see this function). The administrator bookmarks list automatically appears as a selection list of all the subscribers’ accounts.
Library assistants advice
A subscriber, with an administrator account, can write advice about a story and for the whole catalog.
When it is saved, the advice will be shown and available for every connected subscriber.
Recording and sharing narrations
Thanks to a media library account, you can record your voice and create a narration for each story in our catalog.
When a narration is saved, it can be shared with all the subscribers. You just need to click on « Share » as below:
You have access to two sharing types:
- Sharing by email: it allows you to share with a specific person. This sharing is in principle intended for family subscribers.
- Public link sharing: Storyplay’r simply provides a link to the story you just told. Anyone (subscriber or not) can listen to your story by clicking on this link. You can send it by email, post it on social networks, on your website…
