When a child is listening to the narrator tell the story (regardless of the reading mode: page by page, continuous, karaoke), they can slow down the reading pace to tell the story slower adapted to their comprehension capacities. To do so, just click on the orange icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Then, adjust the flow rate:
The normal flow rate of the recording of the narrator’s voice is 1. You can speed it up or slow it down.
The flexible reading pace is compatible with the reverse karaoke: even if the flow rate is slow, the highlighted words will remain in sync with the narration.
